Your Responsibilities

A chef is responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of food in a kitchen, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards. They manage kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure a smooth flow of operations. Additionally, chefs are responsible for menu planning, ordering ingredients, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and adhering to food safety regulations. They must also handle budgeting, inventory, and occasionally interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Full clean Irish Driving License and access to own car
• Relevant experience in the industry
• Up to date trainings (Food Safety)
• Must obtain a Chef Qualification
