Your Responsibilities

A Care Supervisor in a homecare company is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to clients, ensuring that care plans are followed and regularly updated. They supervise and support care staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations. The role also involves conducting client visits, completing spot checks, monitoring satisfaction, and addressing any concerns promptly. Additionally, the Care Supervisor ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory standards to maintain safe and effective care. This role will also include liaising with private care clients. This role will also entail attending care calls.

 

Requirements

• Completed in QQI Level 5 or above
• Full clean Irish Driving License and access to own car
• Relevant experience in the Healthcare sector
• Up to date trainings (PMH, First Aid, HSE Land)
